“I’m tired of being the strong one. The strong daughter. The strong BIPOC woman. I just want permission to stop performing.”

You are not alone in that.

Community gathering — The Miracle Rise founding moment
The Pilot

Why this room matters.

This is the founding gathering of The Miracle Rise™ movement. 50 seats. One day. Toronto.

We are testing something: can a room built for BIPOC women — rooted in neuroscience, held in community, and anchored in truth — actually change what is possible?

May 24 is not the big launch. It is the proof of concept. You are not coming to a polished event. You are coming to build the blueprint for what this movement becomes.

You cannot come back and be here for the first time.

“The people in this room on May 24 are the founding members. The ones who showed up when it was small, intimate, and raw. Before the big venue. Before the waitlist. Before anyone knew if this would work.”

“The silence is killing me. But every time I try to break it, I end up having to educate someone.”

Not in this room.

Silence costs lives.
We have paid that price
long enough.

We do Mental Wealth because silence hurts. Because too many people are suffering alone, without the language, the tools, or the room to say what they are carrying.

Mental Wealth is the conversation we are no longer willing to skip.

This Room Is For

If you see yourself here — your seat is waiting.

The BIPOC professional who holds everyone else up.

But has nowhere to put down the weight. You pour into everyone around you. This is the room that pours back into you.

The cycle-breaker who is the first to name the silence.

First in your family to say it out loud. You did not choose this work — it chose you. And you refuse to let the next generation carry what you carried.

The leader who knows Mental Wealth matters.

But has no language to lead with it yet. You understand the cost. You are here to find the words and the room that backs them up.

The woman who survived something.

And refuses to let the next person go through it alone. Your story is not a wound. In this room, it is the curriculum.

The one who is tired of code-switching.

Tired of performing strength. Tired of pretending it is fine. You did not come here to educate anyone. You came here to exhale.

The one who simply knows it is time.

You cannot explain it fully. You just know that something has to shift — and that sitting in a room full of women who feel the same is exactly where that shift begins.

If you read one of those and thought that is me — your seat is waiting.

Our Foundation

A structural partnership.
Not just a logo.

The Miracle Rise™ is a community partnership event in support of CAMH — Canada's largest mental health teaching hospital. Half of every ticket goes directly to CAMH Foundation.

This event exists because mental health resources for BIPOC communities are underfunded, understaffed, and too often out of reach. Every seat filled is a direct act of change.

FAQ

Everything you need to know.

What is The Miracle Rise?

The Miracle Rise is a Mental Wealth gathering for BIPOC women. Sunday, May 24, 2026 is the pilot — an intimate, 50-person founding event in Toronto. We are testing the model before we scale it. You are not coming to a polished event. You are coming to build the blueprint for what this movement becomes.

Is this therapy?

No. The Miracle Rise is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. It is a day-long experience combining neuroscience, lived experience, and community. A licensed mental health professional is on-site throughout the full event.

Who will be speaking?

Lydie Jean (founder of Unleash Unrepeatable You) leads the day, including the neuroscience session and identity framework. We are finalizing 2–3 BIPOC mental health advocates and community voices for the lived experience panel. Confirmed speakers will be announced by May 10.

Where exactly is it?

The Miracle Rise™ takes place Sunday, May 24, 2026 in Toronto, Ontario. Doors open at 10:00 AM and the gathering closes at 3:00 PM. Our venue is confirmed and intimate — exact details will be shared with ticket holders by May 10. We promise it is worth the anticipation.

Will I be asked to share anything personal?

Never in front of the room without your full consent. This gathering is designed so that you can receive everything fully without being put on the spot. What you choose to share, with whom, and when is entirely yours.

What if I get overwhelmed?

A quiet room is available to any attendee at any time throughout the day, no explanation required. A licensed mental health professional is on-site for the full duration. You are in a room that was built knowing this question would be asked.

What is the dress code?

Come as you are. Business casual, casual, whatever makes you feel like yourself. There will be photos. Dress how you want to be remembered in the founding moment.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Email tickets@unleashunrepeatableyou.com and we will make it work.

What happens after May 24?

If the pilot proves the model works — and we believe it will — The Miracle Rise returns in October 2026 with a larger venue and expanded programming. Founding members (May 24 attendees) get first access to all future events, before tickets go public.

How does this support CAMH?

Half of every ticket ($48.50) goes directly to CAMH Foundation to support mental health research and programs for underserved communities. You can also donate directly to our CAMH fundraiser: fundraise.camh.ca/fundraisers/lydiejean-joseph216
