The Founding Moment

Some rooms only exist once.

The founding moment of a movement carries a weight that no future event will fully replicate. The people in this room on May 24th are not attendees. They are the beginning.

These are the trailblazers. The ones who lead by example because they understand that how they heal today shapes what the next generation inherits.

You cannot come back and be here for the first time.

The Miracle Rise begins in Toronto. It is built to grow, annually, city by city, until every community that has been told its Mental Wealth does not matter has a room of its own.

“On May 24th, we are not hosting a workshop. We are starting a movement. This is for the people who decided the pattern stops with them, from communities that were told their Mental Wealth did not matter, who are ready to build a world where it is not a secret. It is a strength.”

Silence costs lives.
We have paid that price
long enough.

We do Mental Wealth because silence hurts. Because too many people are suffering alone, without the language, the tools, or the room to say what they are carrying.

Mental Wealth is the conversation we are no longer willing to skip.

Who This Room Is Built For

Who this room is built for.

This Is For
  • The first in your family to say: the pattern stops here
  • High-achievers who look fine but feel incomplete
  • From communities that were told to carry it in silence
  • People who invest in depth, not volume
  • The psychologically curious
  • People ready to be truly known in a room
  • Those who understand a founding moment is unrepeatable
  • The partner, the parent, the friend who holds everyone else together and wonders who holds them
This Is Not For
  • ×People wanting a colour-blind wellness approach
  • ×Casual bubble bath self-care seekers
  • ×The uncommitted
  • ×Hustle culture devotees
  • ×Those wanting to be fixed or rescued
  • ×Quick-fix hackers without curiosity
  • ×Followers of the status quo
  • ×Those not ready to admit they are working on it
Who Comes

The room is built for people like:

The professional who holds space for everyone else.

The HR director, the DEI lead, the manager, the social worker who has been trying to have this conversation at work for years. They pour into others every single day. This is the room that pours back into them.

The community leader who is the first call.

The nonprofit founder, the church leader, the neighbourhood organizer who picks up the phone when someone in their community is struggling. They come because they need language, frameworks, and a room that holds them too.

The founder or executive who knows the cost of silence.

The business owner who has watched the silence around mental health cost their team, their clients, and themselves. They come because they want to be part of building a culture where this conversation is normal.

The parent or caregiver who felt helpless.

Someone who watched a child, a sibling, or a parent struggle and had no idea what to say. They do not need therapy. They need understanding. And they need to know they are not alone in that feeling.

The cycle-breaker who decided to stop the pattern.

First in their family to name it. Black, Indigenous, Asian, immigrant-rooted, from communities where asking for help was never the culture. Psychologically curious, done pretending everything is fine. This is the first room built knowing they would walk through the door.

The one who has been through it and came out the other side.

The person who knows what it cost to carry it alone. Who found their way to help and came out changed. They are here because they know how much this conversation matters and they refuse to let the next person go without it.

If you read one of those and thought that is me - your seat is waiting.

The Morning

What the morning looks like.

May 24th, 2026 · Subject to change

8:00 AM

Private Arrival & Founding Brunch

Miracle Circle Only

Hosted by Lydie Jean

Miracle Circle members arrive before the doors open to the general room. A private, intimate gathering: breakfast, introductions, and the intention that opens the morning.

Meet your founding cohort. The connections made over this table will outlast the morning.

9:00 – 10:00 AM

Intention Ceremony

Miracle Circle Only

Facilitated by a certified mindfulness and somatic practitioner

A guided session for founding members before the general doors open. No stage. No performance. Everyone at the same level.

Arrive fully present. Set your intention before the room opens.

10:00 AM

Doors Open

The full room comes together.

10:00 – 10:30 AM

Welcome, Refreshments & Settling In

Grab something light and find your seat. The morning begins at 10:30.

10:30 AM

Lived Experience Opening

A mental health advocate and lived experience speaker

Not a trauma story. A testimony of what is possible when someone who looks like you, carries what you carry, and refused to stay silent, stands in front of a room and tells the truth.

You leave knowing your story is not a wound. In this room, it is the curriculum.

11:15 AM

The Science of the Mind Under Pressure

A registered neuroscientist or trauma-informed somatic therapist

What actually happens in the brain and body under sustained pressure. Not clinical. Not academic. The kind of clarity that makes a room go quiet.

A framework for understanding your own nervous system. You leave knowing why you feel what you feel.

12:00 PM

Collective Breathwork & Regulation

A certified breathwork facilitator

A guided breathwork session that brings the entire room into shared regulation at the same time.

A tool you can use anywhere, anytime. The moment the room stops thinking and starts feeling.

12:10 PM

Short Break

Ten minutes. Use the bathroom, grab water, connect with the person next to you. The breathwork just did its job. Let it land.

12:20 PM

The Panel: Healing Out Loud

2 to 3 BIPOC clinicians, advocates, and community voices in conversation

The roundtable most wellness spaces are too polished to hold. Multiple perspectives, one room, no filter. Black, South Asian, East Asian, Indigenous, Caribbean voices speaking directly to the communities that have been told their healing does not belong here.

You leave with voices in your head that sound like yours and finally speak your language.

1:00 PM

Know Your Nervous System: A Working Session

Facilitated with the Healing in Colour network

Not a lecture. A 20-minute guided practice where you identify your own patterns, name what is happening in your body, and connect with the people in the room who are doing the same work.

You leave with one tool you can use before the week is out, and a resource kit built for communities that look like yours.

1:30 PM

The Keynote

The Keynote

A leading voice in mental health, identity, and community healing

The keynote the entire morning has been building toward. Delivered by a speaker whose work sits at the intersection of science, culture, and lived truth. The kind of talk that changes the conversation long after the room empties.

A shift in how you see what is possible, for yourself and the people around you.

1:45 PM

Founder's Address & Collective Close

Closing

Lydie Jean, founder of Unleash Unrepeatable You

The room she always wanted to walk into but could not find. So she built it. Lydie closes the morning with the truth that started this movement: the 1 in 400 trillion reason you were never meant to stay silent.

One room. One truth said out loud together. You leave activated, not just informed.

FAQ

Everything you need to know.

What is the difference between General Admission and the Miracle Circle?

General Admission is the full morning experience: every session, every speaker, every moment from doors open at 10:00 AM to close at 2:00 PM. Light refreshments included. The Miracle Circle is the inner experience. Members arrive at 8:00 AM for a private founding brunch and an intention ceremony before the general doors open. It closes with a private session with all speakers - no stage, no panel, everyone at the same level. Miracle Circle members also receive Founding Member status: priority access to The Miracle Rise™ 2027 and entry into the private founding community launched after May 24th.

Is this a therapy session?

No. The Miracle Rise™ is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. It is a carefully designed morning that moves through the weight, not into it. You will leave feeling seen, not shattered. A licensed mental health professional is on-site throughout the event.

Will I be asked to share anything personal?

Never in front of the room without your full consent. This morning is designed so that you can receive everything fully without being put on the spot. What you choose to share, with whom, and when is entirely yours.

What if I get overwhelmed?

A quiet room is available to any attendee at any time throughout the morning, no explanation required. A licensed mental health professional is on-site for the full duration. You are in a room that was built knowing this question would be asked.

When and where exactly does the event run?

The Miracle Rise™ takes place Sunday, May 24th, 2026 in Toronto, Ontario. General Admission doors open at 10:00 AM. The morning closes at 2:00 PM. Miracle Circle members are invited to arrive at 8:00 AM. The event will be held at a curated venue in downtown Toronto. The exact address will be confirmed and shared with all ticket holders in advance.

What is CAMH Foundation's role?

CAMH Foundation is Canada's largest mental health teaching hospital and the event's Founding Mental Health Partner. Our founding commitment is a guaranteed minimum donation to CAMH's mental health programs, confirmed before a single ticket is sold. This is a structural partnership, not a logo on a banner.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Contact us at hello@unleashunrepeatableyou.com and we will make it work.

What is the dress code?

Business casual. Dress to impress. There will be photos. Come looking like the version of yourself you are stepping into.
