These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.unleashunrepeatableyou.com and your attendance at The Miracle Rise™ event, operated by Unleash Unrepeatable You ("we," "our," or "us"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
By accessing our website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase a ticket.
1. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this site without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure.
- Use the site to transmit unsolicited or harmful content.
2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales for The Miracle Rise™ are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at hello@unleashunrepeatableyou.com before the event date.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In the event of cancellation by us, ticket holders will be notified and offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
- Ticket prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required.
3. Donations
Contributions made through the Safety Net section of our website are voluntary acts of generosity intended to sponsor attendance for individuals who cannot otherwise afford a ticket, and to support our CAMH Sunrise Challenge fundraising goal.
- Donations are non-refundable.
- No charitable tax receipt is issued. This is not a registered charitable donation.
- Donations are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Event Attendance
By purchasing a ticket and attending The Miracle Rise™, you agree to:
- Conduct yourself respectfully toward all attendees, speakers, volunteers, and staff.
- Abide by any health and safety guidelines in place at the venue at the time of the event.
- Acknowledge that some sessions may involve emotional or personal topics related to mental health. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and are encouraged to use available support resources.
- Allow photography and video recording at the event for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing before attending. Individual consent will be sought for any identifiable close-up content.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the values of this event.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, the name "Unleash Unrepeatable You," and "The Miracle Rise™" — is the intellectual property of Unleash Unrepeatable You and is protected under Canadian copyright law.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unleash Unrepeatable You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at the event, including but not limited to emotional distress, personal injury, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
7. Mental Health Disclaimer
The Miracle Rise™ is a community gathering focused on mental wellness and education. It is not a clinical or therapeutic service. Nothing shared at the event or on this website constitutes professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
